By downloading, installing, or using the GymApp mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GymApp is a mobile application that helps users track their gym workouts, log exercises and sets, monitor fitness progress over time, and maintain a personal exercise library. The App provides workout history, progress charts, and personal record tracking.

3. User Accounts

The App requires you to create an account to use its features. You may sign up using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Health Disclaimer

GymApp is NOT a medical or fitness advisory service. The App provides tools for tracking your own workout data. It does not provide medical advice, exercise prescriptions, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before starting a new exercise program.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and features of the App are the property of GymApp and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

GymApp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to: injuries during exercise, data loss, or any health-related decisions made based on App content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
